Why does each piece have a different hire fee?

Each piece varies on the price purchased. However, we try to ensure to have a range to suit all budget types.

Can I try it on first?

Yes, you can! We have a dedicated space for you to try on your favourites to ensure the best fit and desired look for your shoot. Just contact us to arrange an appointment.

What sizes do you cater for?

We try to cater for all body types and shapes. Although, not all our pieces are a "one size fits most". Our range caters to approximately size 8-18 in both maternity/ non-maternity.

Can I pay the hire fee off over installments?

Yes, we do allow payment installments. However, The hire fees must be received in full prior to collection. If the hire fee is not paid in full prior to collection, a refund will be given minus a $30 fee and your booking will be cancelled.

Can I extend the hire time?

Our pieces are for a 4 day hire, unless the extension is approved when the booking is made. Please let us know at the time of booking, if your needing your selected piece for and extended time period.

What happens if I damage my piece?

We understand that accidents can happen. However, please be careful with your piece when in use. Other clients may also have this piece booked for hire. If damage does occur please let us know as soon as possible.
Although, the hire fee covers general cleaning, extra cleaning or mending costs will be withheld from your security deposit. If the extent of damage incurred causes the pieces to be removed from hire completely, The deposit will be entirely withheld.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes, we do offer gift cards. These are sent in a digital format and can be personalised with any name and amount. Please note, they have a 12 month expiry from the date purchased.

Do you offer postage?

Currently, we do not offer postage. But we hope to offer this service soon to our clients. Please contact us if your need assistance with pickup/drop off arrangements.

When is the best time to have my maternity shoot?

Pregnancy can be different for everyone. We want all our clients to feel confident, empowered, and beautiful in their skin. We recommend having your shoot between 30-34 weeks. Keep this in mind when hiring your dress. We would hate for you to try on your dress too early or too late.

Deposit

Photo ID and a contact number is required.
Electronic deposit of $100.00 is required (per garment) to secure booking. This is fully refundable on return, pending the condition of the garment.

The refund will be deposited back into your nominated account within 2 business days. Damages incurred will be assessed and appropriate fees will not be refunded from the deposit. This is to ensure that all extra dry cleaning, mending expenses ect are covered

Late Fee's

Late Fees are $50.00 per day per garment, if not retuned on the arranged date/time these fees will be withheld from your deposit.

If the item is not returned on the arranged date/ time causing the cancellation of another customer, your full deposit will be withheld.

Cancellation

f you cancel your hire, you will be refunded the rental and deposit amount, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee per garment.
Cancellation must be advised 48 hours prior to the booking start date/time, before the garment is collected by the customer.

If Cancellation is within 48 hours of collection you will be refunded the rental and deposit amount, minus a 45.00 fee per garment.

Looking After Your Garment

Some of our garments can be very delicate so please take care of them while in use, as other customers also have these on hire.

Please let me know prior to return if possible, if the garment becomes overly soiled or damaged.
